Position Overview
You own end-to-end strategy and delivery for AI-native consumer products built for Bharat users. You transform cutting-edge research into multilingual, voice-first experiences that reach millions and shape India’s AI adoption. You thrive in high ownership settings, steering product vision from discovery to launch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven consumer products targeted at Indian users.
- Build and improve AI-integrated workflows with voice-first, multilingual, high-volume usage patterns.
- Conduct deep user research across Bharat personas, knowledge workers, and mass-market segments.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive product experiences.
- Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven feature decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to deliver high-quality product features.
- Define success metrics and continuously optimize for growth, engagement, and retention.
- Advocate relentlessly for user needs, pain points, and long-term value.
Must have Criteria
- 6– 10 years of core product management experience.
- End-to-end ownership of 0→1 or 1→n products.
- Proven track record in consumer tech, growth, or AI-powered products.
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking, structured reasoning, and strong mental models.
- Strong data-driven decision making and comfort with technical discussions.
- Deep understanding of Indian mass-market user behaviors and motivations.
- Bias for action and ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Solid fundamentals in execution, communication, stakeholder alignment, and product sense.
