Position Overview

You become one of the first frontend engineers and shape both product and engineering culture. You design and build core user interfaces for an AI-driven SaaS platform that powers modern accounting workflows. Your work sets technical standards and influences the roadmap directly with the founders.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend of the SaaS platform using modern web technologies.

• Translate wireframes, mockups, and user stories into functional, responsive, and visually appealing features.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and performant user experiences.

• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and testing.

• Optimize frontend performance and accessibility for a growing platform.

• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and feature planning.

Must have Criteria

• 3–5 years of experience building web applications.

• You are strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.

• You are proficient with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• You have hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux, Vuex, or equivalents.

• You are familiar with REST APIs and optionally GraphQL.

• You understand version control with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing.

• You care about building user-friendly, high-performance interfaces.

• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of features.

Nice to Have

• A keen eye for user experience and responsive design.

• Prior experience in building AI agents or prompt engineering.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio.

• Interest or experience in the B2B finance or accounting domain.
