Position Overview

You'll maintain the data backbone that powers dental practice operations for thousands of users nationwide. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with revenue operations systems while working directly with Marketing and Customer Service teams. You'll gain practical grounding in RevOps and go-to-market operations through structured processes and clear guidance from the Revenue Operations Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain HubSpot lists, properties, and naming conventions while standardizing values and formats
  • Perform CSV imports/exports and validate data against approved templates
  • Update shared Google Sheets including UTMs, campaign registers, reports, and audit logs
  • Review basic workflow logs and document issues for RevOps team to address
  • Keep documentation current including checklists, asset registers, and how-to documents
  • Manage suppression lists, subscription statuses, and simple segment rules
  • Build and update active/static lists for marketing campaigns following established conventions
  • Load event and third-party leads using approved import templates with quality checks
  • Refresh predefined campaign performance pulls and saved reports
  • Support event operations including lists, invites, and follow-ups using provided checklists
  • Support ticket data upkeep in HubSpot including statuses, key properties, and lists
  • Refresh predefined dashboards and exports for core support metrics
  • Maintain communication lists for reminders and follow-ups using templates
  • Perform reasonable admin tasks for Marketing and Customer Service as needed

Must Have Criteria

  • 1-2 years experience in operations, admin, or support roles
  • HubSpot basics including lists, properties, imports, and saved reports/dashboards
  • Google Sheets proficiency with filters, sorting, and basic formulas
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent, methodical working style
  • Clear written English communication skills
  • Comfortable following standards, processes, and checklists
  • Tools: HubSpot, Asana, Google Sheets, Confluence, Slack, Gmail.
