Position Overview
You'll drive pipeline generation as a hybrid SDR and GTM engineer in the global hiring space. You'll book 3+ qualified meetings daily while building scalable outbound systems from the ground up. This role combines hands-on prospecting with systems thinking, targeting founders and executives expanding internationally. You'll have direct impact on revenue growth in a 20-person startup environment with high autonomy and fast-track career progression.
Role & Responsibilities
- Book 3+ qualified meetings daily with founders, HR heads, and CFOs expanding globally
- Build and optimize scalable outbound sequences using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Develop trigger-based prospecting workflows for companies hiring internationally without entities
- Create personalized outreach campaigns targeting specific geographies and compliance pain points
- Build and maintain lead sourcing systems using Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Clay automation
- Research and qualify prospects based on hiring patterns, geographic expansion signals, and compliance needs
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize conversion rates and deal quality metrics
Must Have Criteria
- 3-5 years of SDR experience in EOR, payroll, HRTech, or global hiring solutions
- Proven track record of consistently booking 20+ qualified meetings per month
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and deal tracking
- Proficiency in Clay for data enrichment and workflow automation
- Expert-level experience with Apollo for lead sourcing and outbound sequences
- Deep understanding of EOR buyer personas: founders expanding globally, HR heads scaling remote teams, CFOs managing compliance
- Experience selling to US, EU, or APAC markets with understanding of international hiring challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience building outbound systems from zero in startup environments
- Background in trigger-based selling using hiring signals and company expansion events
- Advanced Clay automation skills for complex data workflows
- Experience with data enrichment and lead scoring methodologies
