Position Overview

You'll work directly with the founder and founding engineers to shape product requirements for an AI-driven accounting platform. You'll focus on building production-level reporting solutions that transform how US accounting firms generate and present reports. This role offers direct collaboration on product strategy with significant ownership over reporting features that handle large data volumes.

Role & Responsibilities

• You collaborate directly with founder and founding engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications
• You design and specify production-level reporting features that showcase data seamlessly to accounting firms
• You translate complex accounting workflows into clear product requirements for engineering teams
• You define reporting standards and templates that meet US accounting firm expectations
• You ensure reporting features are production-ready with proper performance and scalability considerations
• You partner with engineering to build intuitive report generation and presentation interfaces

Must Have Criteria

• 2-4 years of product management experience with strong product fundamentals in B2B software
• Proven experience building production-level reporting features that handle large data volumes
• Strong technical background to work effectively with founding engineers on product specifications

Nice to Have

• Business Intelligence (BI) tools experience with any platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Previous experience at early-stage startups working directly with founders
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation for financial reporting
• Background in building scalable reporting infrastructure for enterprise clients
