Job Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising content strategies within the company. This position requires a creative and analytical thinker who can lead the content lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and audience needs..

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure clarity, readability, and alignment with target audience preferences.
• Manage and execute blog and newsletter workflows, overseeing each phase from editing to publishing.
• Develop original content as necessary, including ghostwritten articles and product stories, while ensuring consistency with the company's voice and objectives.
• Craft engaging social media captions, email campaigns, and case studies that effectively communicate the brand's message.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling content and coordinate with the marketing team on ad copy and landing pages.
• Utilize WordPress and HubSpot to create and maintain optimized landing pages that drive conversions.
• Take ownership of performance tracking and reporting across key content assets, using tools like Ahrefs and GA4.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive content calendars to ensure consistent production and timely distribution.

Required Skills

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in content roles, preferably within SaaS or B2B sectors.
• Proven expertise in editing and rewriting content, especially in conjunction with AI-generated materials.
• Intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and modern content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with publishing platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
• Comfortable with performance tracking and applying data-driven insights to enhance content strategies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content refinement and ideation.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, including working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Experience managing freelancers or interns, with potential for growth into a leadership role.
• Ability to expand content formats, including carousels, audio, and innovative video styles.
