Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights to optimise future efforts
- Assist in coordinating virtual events, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s solutions
- Maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases to ensure accurate and current information
- Support partnerships and outreach initiatives to build brand awareness within the hospitality industry
- Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
