Position Overview

You'll architect sophisticated multi-agent systems and production-scale LLM integrations that power a global HR platform serving 140+ countries. You'll lead the development of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that automate complex HR workflows at enterprise scale. Your work will directly impact how companies expand globally and manage distributed teams through AI-powered automation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • You architect complex agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration for automated HR workflows
  • You design advanced RAG systems with sophisticated retrieval strategies and context management
  • You build production-grade LLM integrations handling millions of API calls with optimal performance
  • You develop AI agents with reasoning capabilities, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making
  • You implement cutting-edge prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques
  • You lead AI system architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

Must Have Criteria

  • 4-8 years AI/ML engineering with 2+ years focused on agentic AI systems
  • Proven experience building multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph
  • Deep experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) including function calling
  • Expert-level production RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
  • Hands-on agentic workflows: planning, tool usage, memory management, error handling
  • Strong Python proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent frameworks
  • Experience scaling AI SaaS products to 10K+ users with monitoring and observability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and advanced agent communication
  • Multi-modal agentic systems combining text, vision, and voice capabilities
  • AI safety patterns: guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI deployment
  • Open source contributions to agentic AI frameworks or published research
