Position Overview:

As a Customer Onboarding Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, successful, and timely onboarding experience for new customers across hotels, short-term rentals, and multi-family properties. You will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, coordinating cross-functional efforts across product, support, and implementation teams to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the onboarding journey for new customers across the company’s product lines, with a primary focus on execution and delivery.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage multiple project plans tailored to specific customer deployments.
  • Coordinate internal resource assignments across hardware logistics, installation, onboarding, and training phases.
  • Track and manage dependencies across teams and systems to ensure timelines are met.
  • Interface with customer stakeholders to provide clear communication, set expectations, and deliver updates on milestones and blockers.
  • Identify and manage risks to successful onboarding, escalating where necessary with mitigation plans.
  • Drive consistency and quality in onboarding processes through structured documentation and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

  • Location Requirement: You must be based in Hyderabad or be Remote.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand the company’s modular smart platform and product offerings.
  • Proficiency with tools including Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM/project management platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, or similar.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience building and executing cross-functional project plans.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal, to guide internal teams and inform external stakeholders.
  • A high sense of ownership, organisation, and follow-through.
