Position Overview:
As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy core recommendation and personalization systems that power their matchmaking experience. You'll engineer the full lifecycle - from R&D, to deployment - while laying the foundation for scalable, real-time ranking infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Develop match-making, recommendation, ranking and personalization systems.
• Help create novel real-time adaptive matchmaking engines that learns from user interactions and other signals
• Design ranking and recommendation algorithms that make each user feed feel curated for them
• Build user embedding systems, similarity models, and graph-based match scoring frameworks
• Deploy models to production using fast iteration loops, model registries, and observability tooling

Ideal Profile (must-have):

• AI/ML engineer with prior work-ex in personalization, recommendation, feed ranking, or search.
• 2-5 years of work experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist for a product at scale.
• Prior experience building & deploying end-to-end AI/ML features/pipelines in production.
• Prior experience in various recommendation & personalization techniques - collaborative filtering, deep retrieval models (e.g., two-tower), learning-to-rank, embeddings with ANN search, etc
• Strong foundation & work experience in classical ML, Deep Learning or Data Science.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with vector search, graph-based algorithms and LLM based approaches is a big plus.
• UG/PG degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field from a premier institute.
• Experience working in GenAI: AI Agents, RAGs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, RLHF, etc
• Experience working in/for Dating or Consumer Tech products or companies
