The Role
As the Operations & Partnerships Manager, you will be the connective tissue that ensures our global employment engine runs smoothly and confidently.
You’ll manage our employer-of-record operations, nurture global partner relationships, safeguard compliance, and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and their distributed teams.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead Global Operations Excellence
Manage end-to-end EOR workflows across onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding.
Ensure every client and employee experience is seamless, compliant, and high-trust.
Monitor global employment, tax, and regulatory changes to keep Gloroots ahead of compliance risks.
2. Own Strategic Partner Relationships
Build and manage relationships with global payroll, HR, benefits, and legal partners.
Evaluate new partners, negotiate terms, and drive partnership performance.
Ensure our partner network delivers quality, accuracy, and reliability across all markets.
3. Deliver a Premium Customer Experience
Act as the primary operational contact for global clients (2–5 years of account management a strong plus).
Troubleshoot and resolve cross-border employment queries with clarity and empathy.
Run reviews, identify gaps, and drive improvements in service and processes.
4. Drive Process, Tools & Data
Use CRM and workflow tools to manage pipelines, SLAs, and client lifecycle data.
Build clean, scalable operational processes using GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
Analyze numbers, spot patterns, and drive data-backed decisions.
What You Bring
Experience in the EOR/Global Employment industry - you understand the domain.
2–5 years of account management or client-facing operations in HR, SaaS, or EOR.
Strong global regulatory awareness - employment laws, compliance, onboarding, payroll practices.
Exceptional verbal communication - you inspire confidence across teams, clients, and partners.
High cognitive ability - you think fast, find patterns, and simplify complexity.
Comfort with CRM & workflow tools like HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or similar.
Data fluency & comfort with numbers - payroll, benefits, compliance metrics.
Excel/GSuite proficiency - especially Sheets, Docs, Forms.
