Position Overview

You'll design and build core components of an AI-native private cloud platform that transforms how enterprises manage hybrid infrastructure. You'll tackle globally relevant engineering challenges in datacenter automation and workload orchestration. Working alongside seasoned tech veterans, you'll have high ownership of projects while solving complex distributed systems problems that reduce operational complexity for enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop core components of the AI-native private cloud platform
• Build scalable systems for automated orchestration and workload management in datacenter environments
• Implement security and compliance features for enterprise hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex distributed systems challenges
• Optimize performance and reliability of cloud platform components serving enterprise customers
• Research and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML techniques for infrastructure automation
• Contribute to architectural decisions for zero-trust security and policy-driven orchestration

Must Have Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology)
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and learn new technologies quickly
• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
• Passion for working on challenging and intellectually stimulating engineering problems

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and their application in infrastructure automation
• Understanding of security principles and compliance frameworks
• Previous experience in cloud computing or distributed systems projects
