Position Overview
The UI Developer will join our Design Team, reporting directly to the Design Head. This role focuses on applying lean UX techniques and the UX design process to enhance product design. We seek a young, dynamic designer with strong analytical skills, specializing in creating both high-fidelity and low-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Axure, and Sketch.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital solutions.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, personas, user stories, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, for our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams.
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis, as well as usability testing.
- Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Axure, and Sketch.
- Strong analytical abilities for creating high-fidelity and low-fidelity mockups.
- Experience in producing wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, personas, user stories, site maps, and prototypes.
- Ability to design UI elements like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Collaboration skills for working with marketing teams.
- Expertise in conducting competitor/customer analysis and usability testing.
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies to analyze and predict user behavior.
