Position Overview

You'll design the platform that powers workforce housing for global enterprises, directly shaping how companies house their teams worldwide. As the founding design team member, you'll own complex enterprise workflows while taking operational initiative to drive outcomes. You'll have significant impact on product direction across an AI-powered platform, working directly with founders in a hybrid role that combines deep design expertise with startup ownership mentality.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design complex enterprise workflows for property managers, corporate clients, and housing providers
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for multi-sided marketplace features
• Collaborate directly with engineering to ensure feasible implementation and smooth handoffs
• Take operational ownership of design projects from conception through successful launch
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate quickly
• Build and maintain design systems that scale across web and mobile platforms
• Proactively identify UX problems and business opportunities beyond assigned projects

Must Have Criteria

• 4-8 years of UX/UI design experience with strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and engineering collaboration
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications serving large organizations with complex user hierarchies
• Experience with advanced prototyping tools like Framer, InVision, or Principle for interactive demos
• Proven experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS applications
• Track record of shipping products from concept to launch with measurable outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills with examples of taking initiative beyond pure design work

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research platforms like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar for validation testing
• Familiarity with design system documentation tools like Zeroheight or Storybook
• Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform design
• Background in real estate, hospitality, or property management software
• Previous startup experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
