Position Overview

You'll join the founding team of a fast-growing HR-tech startup and drive organic growth across social media platforms. You'll work directly with leadership to create engaging content, manage social presence, and run growth experiments that directly impact business metrics. This role offers hands-on experience shaping marketing strategy from the ground up while collaborating with founders as one of the earliest team members.

Role & Responsibilities

• Edit and repurpose content into reels, shorts, carousels, posts and threads across multiple platforms
• Own posting schedules and engagement strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and YouTube Shorts
• Run small-scale organic and paid social media experiments to test growth hypotheses
• Track and analyze simple growth metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and thread content that drives engagement and conversions
• Turn single content ideas into multiple pieces of content across different formats and platforms
• Collaborate directly with the founder as one of the earliest team members on GTM strategy

Must Have Criteria

• Active daily user of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, or YouTube Shorts
• Demonstrated experience creating social media content (personal or professional accounts)
• Strong writing skills for hooks, captions, and social media copy
• Experience with basic content editing tools and social media management
• Ability to repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats and platforms
• Understanding of social media engagement strategies and best practices
• Available for immediate start and in-person work in Bengaluru

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing or social media
• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of SaaS/B2B marketing and growth tactics
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools
