Role Overview

As a Talent Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for top talent across global markets. Your role is to engage potential candidates, understand their career motivations, and introduce them to suitable opportunities with our clients. You will play a critical part in building Gloroots’ reputation as a trusted partner for both candidates and clients. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer engagement, telecalling, or recruitment support is preferred. Comfort in reaching out to potential candidates and nurturing relationships is key.

Approach: You are proactive, resilient, and able to handle follow-ups and routine tasks efficiently. You can manage multiple communications channels, maintain pipelines, and stay organized.

Candidate Experience: You understand the importance of creating a positive, respectful, and engaging experience for every candidate. You ensure every touchpoint reflects Gloroots’ professionalism and mission.

Communication: You are confident, clear, and persuasive in verbal and written communication. You can effectively convey opportunities and represent Gloroots to global talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Outreach: Reach out to potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email to introduce career opportunities aligned with their skills and goals.
  
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Candidate Profiling: Understand candidate motivations, career aspirations, and skills to present the most suitable opportunities.
  
• Follow-Ups: Be proactive in maintaining regular communication and follow-ups with candidates to ensure engagement.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share insights, update candidate statuses, and contribute to the hiring strategy.
  
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Excel or similar tools, track outreach metrics, and report on progress.
