Position Overview

You lead execution of the company's Core Intelligence Platform, driving roadmap delivery for multimodal, multilingual AI systems that impact 100M+ users. You own end-to-end program governance for high-visibility projects with complex dependencies. You directly influence AI-native solutions that act, not just chat, while coordinating cross-functional alignment across engineering teams and partner integrations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Core Intelligence Platform projects including model routing, orchestration, and evaluation harnesses
• Manage complex cross-dependencies for agent-to-agent layer development, multi-agent coordination, and partner integrations
• Own program governance for multimodal, multilingual AI platform serving 100M+ users with 1B-ready constraints
• Coordinate roadmap planning for AI product lifecycles including RAG, LLM apps, memory/personalization, and safety guardrails
• Facilitate cross-organizational alignment between AI teams, partner integration teams, and business units
• Establish processes for evaluation-driven development, observability, and reliability engineering across AI workstreams
• Track program status and communicate risks/mitigation strategies to leadership while maintaining startup-like execution velocity

Must Have Criteria

• 10+ years of deep technical work experience with Technical Program Manager work-ex in high-scale engineering organisations with deep technical complexity
• Proven experience managing ML/AI or generative AI product development programs
• Deep understanding of AI product lifecycles including RAG, LLM applications, model evaluation, and ML pipeline workflows
• Hands-on experience with GCP for AI/ML deployment and Azure DevOps for AI pipeline management
• Hands-on technical background with ability to code and contribute to AI/ML systems architecture discussions
• Experience with AI-native development practices and leveraging AI tools for 10x productivity improvements
• Track record managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple engineering dependencies and executive visibility
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across organizations without direct authority in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with multimodal AI systems, agent orchestration, or conversational AI platforms at scale
• Background in AI infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, or platform companies serving millions of users
• Ex-founder experience or founding team member background with high ownership mentality
• Experience with partner integrations for AI-powered workflows (transactions, bookings, commerce, etc)
• Educational pedigree from top-tier institutions
