Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-demand positions across our clients’ diverse organizations, with a strong focus on technical and engineering talent. Your primary objective is straightforward — to swiftly connect top-tier candidates with our clients. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset: you should be quick, organized, and proactive in engaging potential candidates. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer closure — across a variety of roles for our clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates, maintaining a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Gloroots founders and client teams to understand hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening Gloroots’ and clients’ employer brands by sharing authentic stories and promoting opportunities across relevant channels.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
