Position Overview

You own the zero-to-one design journey for an AI-driven finance SaaS platform. You shape the brand and craft intuitive experiences that let finance teams work smarter at scale. Your work defines product vision, drives adoption, and sets the design foundation for future growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design, covering research, wire-framing, prototyping, high-fidelity visuals, and delivery for a web-based SaaS platform.
• Create engaging, high-quality product demo videos that highlight key features and value.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver simple, innovative AI-powered interfaces.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to uncover needs and pain points.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and best practices.
• Partner with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand and UI across all touchpoints.
• Champion user-centric thinking in every product and strategic discussion.

Must have Criteria

• 3–4 years of product design experience in SaaS and/or B2B technology environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact designs from concept to launch independently.
• Portfolio showcasing work on SaaS platforms or complex digital products.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience creating product demo videos or similar user-facing content.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, early-stage settings with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Product design expertise is essential; graphic design alone is insufficient.
• Demonstrated ability to design web products.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML products, data-driven tools, or automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience setting up design systems in a young company.
• Prior startup or founding designer experience.
• B2B SaaS product experience.
