What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Research and write high-quality content: blogs, landing pages, guides, and case studies.
- Build and manage the inbound funnel—from awareness to nurturing to lead conversion.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align content with GTM priorities.
- Track and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
- Experiment with new formats (e.g., LinkedIn posts, infographics, newsletters) to expand reach.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO + content marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech).
- Proven ability to grow organic traffic and convert it into qualified leads.
- Strong writing/editing skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, GSC, GA4, etc.).
- Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot/Marketo or email automation tools.
