An AI-powered workforce housing platform for global enterprises and corporates. The company's intelligent procurement platform simplifies sourcing, booking, and managing temporary accommodations at scale.

The startup delivers speed, control, and cost-efficiency through vetted, safety-checked inventory and streamlined workflows. Currently a post-PMF revenue stage company of 14 talented individuals, backed by Silicon Valley and New York VCs with serial entrepreneur leadership.

Position Overview

You'll build and lead the engineering organization from the ground up in Bangalore, shaping technical strategy and culture at a high-growth AI startup. You'll scale the team from current state to 10-20 engineers this year while working directly with the CTO and CPO. You'll drive architectural decisions for an enterprise SaaS platform and lead development of AI agents that enhance user experience for global enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and scale engineering team from current state to 10-20 engineers this year
• Establish hiring processes, interview standards, and talent pipeline for rapid team growth
• Own sprint planning, delivery commitments, and technical quality across all engineering initiatives
• Drive architectural decisions balancing speed and scalability for enterprise SaaS platform
• Lead development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform capabilities and user experience
• Create engineering culture of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession through mentorship and performance management
• Partner with CPO on roadmap prioritization and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance standards for multi-tenant enterprise customers

Must Have Criteria

• 8-15 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years leading engineering teams of 10+ people
• B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven track record building engineering teams from early stage through scale at startups
• Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS products serving large organizations
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJs and NodeJs in production environments
• Experience with AWS cloud platform and services for scalable infrastructure
• Experience building and implementing AI agents or AI-powered systems in production environments
• Willingness to be based in Bangalore with office presence 4-5 days per week

Nice to Have

• Experience working with distributed teams across US and India timezones
• Background with AI technologies and AI-powered product development
• Led teams through 0-to-1 product builds and rapid iteration phases
• Deep understanding of multi-tenancy, security, and compliance requirements for enterprise customers
