Position Overview
You own and scale the outbound engine that fuels revenue growth for a high-potential HRTech SaaS platform. You combine hands-on prospecting with process design and team leadership to turn cold leads into qualified opportunities. Reporting to senior revenue leadership, you mentor a growing SDR team and collaborate across Marketing and Sales to hit aggressive pipeline goals.
Role & Responsibilities
You own and execute outbound sales strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
You drive consistent lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted outreach campaigns.
You identify and engage key decision-makers within the defined ICP.
You lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives/SDRs.
You set clear outreach goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
You conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
You design and optimize outreach sequences, scripts, and messaging frameworks.
You continuously test and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
You maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.
You work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
You partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and pipeline progression.
You provide market feedback on prospect objections and competitive insights.
Must have Criteria
4–7 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
1–2 years leading or mentoring sales teams.
Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech etc
Experience building outbound processes from scratch.
Familiarity with multi-market or global sales outreach.
