Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our cybersecurity team and help build AI-powered threat detection systems. You'll work on developing and deploying ML models that can identify cyber threats, analyze security incidents, and enhance our real-time response capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while making a direct impact on global cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models for threat detection and cybersecurity analytics
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for real-time processing of security data streams
- Collaborate with security researchers to translate threat intelligence into ML features
- Optimize model performance and scalability for large-scale security operations
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into security products
- Research and experiment with new ML techniques for cybersecurity applications
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms for ML deployment and scaling
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Understanding of ML model deployment and production systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in cybersecurity or threat detection domains
- Knowledge of anomaly detection and time-series analysis techniques
- Experience with big data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Open source contributions or research publications in ML/AI
