Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, high-ownership People & Culture Specialist (3–5 years experience) who can lead Talent Acquisition and Culture Building from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s people DNA during its most defining stage.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Team Building
Manage end-to-end hiring across technical and business functions
Build recruitment processes, assessments, and structured interview frameworks
Strengthen employer branding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define talent needs
Culture & Employee Experience
Drive engagement initiatives, internal communication, and recognition programs
Support performance cycles, feedback rhythms, and learning initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
Who You Are
3–5 years of strong experience in HR and talent acquisition, preferably in startups or high-growth tech environments
Someone who enjoys 0 → 1 building, thrives in ambiguity, and takes full ownership.
A creative talent sourcer with mastery beyond job portals
Sharp communicator with strong stakeholder and founder management skills
Data-driven, organized, and fast—while maintaining quality
Energetic, positive, and passionate about building world-class team.
