Position Overview

You build and deploy automation solutions that transform how healthcare providers manage revenue cycles. You design robust UiPath bots that automate complex, UI-driven workflows across web, desktop, and virtual environments. You play a key role in scaling a cloud-native platform that leverages advanced AI to process millions of clinical notes and claims each month. Your work directly impacts operational efficiency and the financial health of healthcare organizations.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy UiPath bots for end-to-end process automation.
• Build strong UI-based automations for Citrix, web, desktop, and virtual environments.
• Handle dynamic UI elements using selectors, anchors, and computer vision.
• Develop resilient bots with exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
• Work on bot orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate requirements into automation logic.
• Optimize existing bots for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain clear technical and process documentation.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance standards are followed.

Must Have Criteria

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Strong expertise in UI automation (web, desktop, Citrix).
• Deep understanding of selectors, dynamic UI handling, and computer vision.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs).
• Strong experience in building end-to-end bot-driven processes.
• Knowledge of REFramework and best practices for scalable automation.
• Experience working with Excel, PDFs, web services, and databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug bot failures efficiently.
