Position Overview
You'll be instrumental in building the talent pipeline for a fast-growing AI company scaling to serve 100M+ users. You coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles. This role offers direct exposure to high-growth recruitment in the AI/tech space with significant impact on team building as the company scales from startup to massive user adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- You coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer acceptance
- You schedule and manage interview logistics across multiple hiring managers and candidates
- You maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in ATS systems
- You source and screen initial candidates through various channels and platforms
- You coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- You manage candidate communication and provide excellent candidate experience throughout
- You support recruitment events, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives
Must Have Criteria
- 2-3 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience coordinating technical interviews and understanding tech roles
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech startup or AI/ML company recruitment
- Knowledge of technical roles and ability to screen technical candidates
- Experience with campus recruitment and university partnerships
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring processes
