Position Overview

You'll drive people strategy and operations across multiple business wings of a rapidly scaling AI company. You'll partner directly with leadership to build technology-focused culture while maintaining operational excellence across diverse business units. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices at massive scale while supporting the company's mission to serve 100M+ users across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• You partner with business leaders across multiple wings to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
• You design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with diverse business objectives
• You drive employee engagement initiatives and culture programs for technology and business teams
• You lead compensation benchmarking and planning for competitive talent market across sectors
• You manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation across business units
• You support organizational design and restructuring as the company scales across multiple business verticals
• You develop learning and development programs focused on skill advancement and leadership growth

Must Have Criteria

• 3-6 years of HR Business Partner experience in technology companies
• Experience supporting engineering teams and technical talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in scaling teams from 30 to 100+ employees
• Experience with performance management systems and compensation planning
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in large enterprise or conglomerate environments
• Experience working across multiple business units or verticals
• Knowledge of global hiring and remote work policies
• HR analytics and people data experience
• Experience with organizational change management
