Position Overview
You will generate and close new business for Gloroots to simplify global employment. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue and refine go-to-market strategy.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Nurture target account lists and book qualified sales calls
- Research companies and build high-intent prospect lists
- Develop and execute multi-touchpoint outbound campaigns
- Deeply understand customer GTM challenges and position Gloroots as the solution
- Partner with Marketing & Product to sharpen targeting and outbound playbooks
- Help blueprint scalable sales processes for Gloroots' next phase
About You
You might be a good fit if you thrive in ambiguity and want to build something big. Ideally, you bring:
- Outbound SDR experience selling marketing or GTM tools
- Proven ability to research prospects and personalize outreach at scale
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- An iterative, experiment-driven mindset; comfortable failing fast
- Passion or curiosity for AI GTM tools
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, CS, etc.)
- Enterprise experience is a plus, not required
- Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Even Better If You
- Are proficient with the SaaS GTM stack (Apollo, Clay, LGM, Hubspot etc.)
- Find ways to stay up on the latest trends in AI
- Have experience with tech
- Stay upbeat, understanding that each no is one closer to a yes
Must have Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of B2B SaaS or HR-tech sales experience in the US market.
- Consistent record of outperforming sales targets and KPIs.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and passion for sales.
