Position Overview

You'll support critical business operations and customer success functions at a fast-growing AI startup transforming workforce housing. You'll gain direct exposure to enterprise clients while helping scale operational processes that power housing solutions for global companies. This role offers hands-on experience in both customer relationship management and operational excellence as the company rapidly expands its platform.

Role & Responsibilities

• You support customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth implementation of the platform for new enterprise clients
• You assist in managing customer support tickets and coordinate with internal teams to resolve housing-related issues
• You help streamline business operations processes including vendor management and inventory quality assurance
• You analyze customer usage data and booking patterns to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• You support account management activities including client communications, reporting, and relationship building
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Must Have Criteria

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, business operations, or client-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or operational processes simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle customer escalations professionally

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or B2B technology companies
• Background in hospitality, business travel, or corporate housing industry
• Previous startup experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
