Position Overview
We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build exceptional cross-platform mobile apps and high-performance web interfaces that serve our global user base. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to create seamless user experiences across all devices while contributing to a platform that empowers distributed teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Implement pixel-perfect UI designs with attention to detail and performance optimization
- Manage complex application state using Redux or Context API
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers in a remote-first environment
Must-Have Requirements
- 4-8 years of professional frontend development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React for web development
- Strong experience with React Native for mobile app development
- Advanced TypeScript skills with type-safe application development
- Proven experience with Redux or Context API for state management
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience building and optimizing high-performance web applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR tech, SaaS, or B2B platform development
- Background working in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Play Store)
