Position Overview
As a Founder’s Office Associate, you’ll act as an extension of the Founder—translating ideas into action, enabling faster decisions, and ensuring execution excellence as the company scales.
You’ll work directly with the Founder on two categories of projects: high-impact 0 to 1 problems, and efficiently scaling initiatives across strategy, business, product, and operations.
This role is designed to provide you with a 360 degree view of building a technology business from scratch, as well as a pathway to ultimately owning a function / P&L.
Given the very early stage of the business, the role will involve a high amount of diversity in the range of problems one would tackle. Expect to simultaneously work on highly strategic and highly tactical problems. As a result, a high tolerance for ambiguity and a desire to make sense out of (seeming) chaos will be needed to succeed in this role.
The Ideal Candidate
You have 2 - 4 years of experience in a fast paced professional environment: high-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent professions.
You have high standards, and it reflects in a demonstrated record of excellence in a tangible field, either academically or professionally.
You are a problem solving wizard, and love making sense out of chaos.
You believe in getting shit done and getting it done fast: bias for action, ownership, hustle - all of these come naturally to you.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; people appreciate the clarity of your communication, and your ability to deal with nuance.
You are a learning machine, fueled by curiosity and the humility that learning can come from anywhere.
Nice to Haves
Experience shadowing or directly supporting startup founders.
Process-oriented with the ability to bring structure to fast-evolving environments.
Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or accounting firm environments.
