Position Overview

You build and safeguard the cloud foundation that powers a fast-growing healthcare SaaS platform. You own critical AWS infrastructure, drive security and compliance, and shape modern DevOps workflows that keep customers online and protected. Your work directly impacts clinician productivity and patient engagement at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance controls, including HIPAA and SOC2.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain system uptime and performance.
• Document processes and solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Uphold strong working ethics and professional standards.

Must have Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems administration.
• Deep expertise with AWS and Terraform.
• Proven ability to implement secure deployment strategies aligned to HIPAA and SOC2.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to organisational compliance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring tools.
