Position Overview

You'll build production-grade AI-powered applications that serve 100M+ users across India's diverse markets. You'll architect and develop copilots, intelligent dashboards, conversational assistants, and multi-tool agent interfaces that integrate with various partner APIs. You'll work on both frontend and backend systems powering a consumer AI platform designed for massive scale and real-world deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered applications including copilots, intelligent dashboards, and conversational assistants
• Develop multi-tool agent interfaces that integrate with various partner APIs and services
• Design and implement scalable full-stack architectures for AI applications serving 100M+ users
• Integrate LLM-based systems with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
• Build responsive React frontends with real-time AI interactions and seamless user experiences
• Develop robust backend APIs and services using Node.js and Python for AI application logic
• Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations for low-latency AI responses

Must Have Criteria

• 5-8 years of full-stack engineering experience building production web applications
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development
• Solid experience with Node.js and Python for backend development
• Hands-on experience with LangChain framework for LLM application development
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems and working with embeddings
• Strong understanding of API design principles and RESTful service architecture
• Experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure management

Nice to Have

• Experience building consumer-facing AI applications or products
• Experience building AI copilots or conversational AI interfaces at scale
• Knowledge of vector databases and similarity search systems
• Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Background in building applications for Indian markets or multilingual systems
