Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is passionate about cross-border work and global talent, and who enjoys building products that customers love.

You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out multiple products aligned with Gloroots’ vision.

Responsibilities

• Create feature roadmaps and drive first-principles product thinking.

• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

• Scope and prioritise features based on business impact and customer value.

• Work closely with Design, Engineering, Product Ops teams to ship high-quality features.

• Thoroughly test new features and work with engineers to ensure speedy releases.

• Drive product feature launches in collaboration with Marketing, Ops, and leadership teams.

• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally to build awareness and understanding.

• Deeply understand customer problems and workflows; identify product gaps and generate ideas that:

  • Improve customer experience

  • Grow market share

  • Drive product-led growth
    

Must-Have Criteria

• 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience in 0-to-1 product management in a PM or PM Intern role.

• Experience working across the end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → iteration).

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product and go-to-market / marketing strategies.

• Solid technical background or strong technical understanding (engineering degree or work experience preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, ownership-driven attitude.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Ops, Marketing, Sales/CS).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Genuine interest in global, cross-border work and modern work culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of experience in product management internships or similar roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from a reputed institute.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
