Position Overview
You will own the critical technical 'Day 0' experience that ensures every customer starts their journey on a stable, secure foundation. This high-ownership role puts you in charge of product installations, cloud and on-premise integrations, and communications provisioning across diverse customer environments. You'll operate independently while continuously improving processes as the company scales, directly impacting thousands of dental practices' success from their very first interaction with the platform.
Role & Responsibilities
Configure and manage Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone OnDemand) for enterprise clients
Upload, update, retire, and lifecycle-manage SCORM/AICC learning objects, curriculums, assessments, videos, and certifications
Execute end-to-end SCORM testing and troubleshooting to ensure error-free course deployment
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for 1,000+ learners and administrators
Provide day-to-day LMS technical support, resolving 90–95% of issues within 24 hours
Generate and analyze reports using CSOD Reporting 2.0 to track learner engagement, certifications, and completion metrics
Partner with business development and L&D teams to align LMS offerings with onboarding and upskilling objectives
Conduct LMS audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance reviews
Develop and package interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360
Act as primary point of contact for client communication, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery timelines
Continuously optimize LMS workflows, documentation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and learner experience
Must Have Criteria
3–6 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration or learning technology environments
Strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) configuration and management
Experience with SCORM/AICC packaging, testing, and deployment
Proven experience managing large learner bases (1,000+ users)
Strong client communication and B2B stakeholder management skills
Experience generating actionable reports and analytics for L&D decision-making
Ability to independently manage priorities in high-volume production environments
Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce tools
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar authoring tools
Exposure to global enterprise clients (US, European, Government sectors)
Experience supporting LMS implementations across multi-industry environments
Background in client onboarding or learning implementation management roles
