Position Overview
You open conversations that power the client’s revenue engine. As Inside Sales Associate, you own top-of-funnel outreach, turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities for the sales team. Your results directly shape pipeline health and accelerate company growth.
Role & Responsibilities
You conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
You identify and qualify potential leads against defined criteria.
You initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs.
You schedule meetings or demos for the sales or business development team.
You maintain accurate interaction records in CRM tools.
You follow up consistently with warm and cold leads.
You collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
You meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
You stay up to date on product offerings and value propositions.
Must have Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound outreach.
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/startup environments.
Knowledge of email outreach tools and LinkedIn prospecting.
