Position Overview
You'll design the GenAI layer for a recruiting platform that powers hiring across 140+ countries. This role offers direct impact on AI-powered hiring experiences used by startups and enterprises globally. You'll have the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance while working closely with experienced design and product teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for GenAI-powered recruiting tools and workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for AI hiring features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design solutions for AI recruitment platform
- Design marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and digital assets
- Conduct user research and usability testing for AI-driven hiring experiences
- Design intuitive dashboards and data visualization for AI talent matching systems
- Contribute to design system development for consistent AI product experiences
Must Have Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for design and prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects with clear design process documentation
- Experience with graphic design and marketing collateral creation
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile design best practices and responsive design
- Available for immediate joining with no notice period
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or project experience in product design
- Interest or exposure to AI/ML applications in product design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HR tech or recruiting platform design patterns
