Position Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own end-to-end hiring for high-impact, AI-first and engineering roles across our global client base. Your mission is to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities—fast and thoughtfully. This role is ideal for recruiters who are service-driven, tech-forward, and thrive in fast-moving environments where quality, speed, and candidate experience matter equally.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closures for technical roles
- Source and engage top-tier engineering and niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with founders and client hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
- Leverage our proprietary Agentic ATS and AI tools to improve efficiency, signal quality, and hiring outcomes
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to continuously optimize sourcing and hiring performance
Must-Have Requirements
- 4-12 years of experience in technical recruiting with proven track record of closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Prior experience working as Talent Acquisition professional in high-growth startups (Series A to Series D stage)
- Experience working in recruiting services companies or talent consulting firms
- Experience recruiting for software engineering positions (backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, AI/ML roles)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced sourcing and candidate engagement
- Experience with Instahyre platform for technical talent sourcing and recruitment
- Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer closure and onboarding
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, GenAI, or emerging technology roles
- Experience working with AI-powered ATS or recruiting automation tools
- Background in recruiting for global or distributed teams
- Understanding of technical concepts to effectively screen engineering candidates
- Experience with startup scaling challenges and rapid hiring requirements
