Position Overview
You'll architect the people strategy during a pivotal growth phase as the company integrates acquired companies and scales talent acquisition. You'll design integration frameworks while executing critical HR initiatives that shape organizational culture. You'll operate at both strategic and tactical levels, building scalable systems for specialized cybersecurity talent across multiple locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build scalable hiring engine for specialized cybersecurity and technical talent across multiple locations
- Lead people-side integration for all acquisitions, building M&A playbooks from scratch
- Own end-to-end HR operations including performance management, compensation planning, and policy development
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Conduct cultural due diligence during acquisition processes and design retention strategies
- Implement people analytics for retention, productivity, and organizational health insights
- Build and lead high-performance HR team while mentoring associates to scale impact
Must Have Criteria
- 8-12 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership or senior HRBP roles
- Experience managing and leading HR teams of minimum 5+ people in previous roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Indian HRMS tools like Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, or Zoho People
- Proven experience building or scaling talent acquisition functions for technical and specialized roles
- Hands-on experience with HR administration, payroll processing, and Indian labor law compliance
- Experience in technology startups or fast-growing tech companies with leadership responsibilities
- Track record of managing M&A integrations or organizational restructuring initiatives
Nice to Have
- Cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sector experience
- Experience with rapid scaling organizations (50+ employees to 200+ employees)
- Background in managing remote/hybrid workforce across multiple cities
- Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
