Position Overview

You design and roll out scalable, AI-powered learning programs that turn customers and colleagues into product experts. You translate tribal product knowledge into engaging content and systems that accelerate time-to-value and fuel adoption. As the platform and headcount grow, you scale the enablement function into a center of excellence with regional teams and partner programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build outcome-oriented learning paths for new and existing product modules.
  • Design, launch, and run a virtual LMS that offers immersive, scenario-based training for customers and employees.
  • Create and maintain a self-service Learning Center with certifications, recorded demos, quizzes, and role-based content.
  • Host monthly webinars, onboarding office hours, and deep-dive workshops that drive feature adoption.
  • Deploy in-app, behavior-triggered prompts that guide users to exactly the training they need.
  • Use reverse demos and guided checklists to shorten time-to-value.
  • Design onboarding curricula for Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success roles to accelerate ramp-up.
  • Partner with Product to build feature readiness playbooks and deliver live enablement sessions for every release.
  • Implement AI-powered internal search so CX teams instantly find workflows and edge cases.
  • Convert tribal knowledge from Product and Engineering into structured, accessible formats.
  • Maintain a dynamic internal knowledge base that feeds help docs, chatbots, and reference tools.
  • Deploy AI assistants to deflect repetitive questions and empower CX teams to solve complex issues.
  • Sync training content with Product and Marketing through aligned release notes, in-app guides, and live sessions.
  • Gather Voice-of-Customer insights to identify learning gaps and update curricula.
  • Partner with Success Managers to link training outcomes to expansion readiness and account health.

Must have Criteria

  • 4+ years in SaaS training, enablement, customer education, or onboarding.
  • Proven experience creating learning programs with platforms such as LearnWorlds, Intercom, or Notion.
  • Track record of building immersive training experiences or virtual simulations.
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented knowledge systems and chat-based learning workflows.
  • Strong instructional design, content writing, and curriculum planning skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CX tech stacks (HubSpot, Intercom, Loom) or dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft).

Position Overview

You lead a high-performing engineering team that powers a fast-growing healthcare SaaS platform. You own backend architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and data persistence that drive mission-critical tools for dental practices worldwide. Your work enables faster releases, higher reliability, and measurable performance gains across the product suite.

Role & Responsibilities

  • You set backend architecture direction and decompose large projects into executable pieces.
  • You mentor engineers, run design and code reviews, and uphold rigorous quality standards.
  • You build and evolve Python/Django services and REST APIs for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • You design efficient relational schemas in PostgreSQL, tune queries, and manage migrations with SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
  • You define Git branching strategies, automate build, test, and deploy steps, and enable safe rollbacks across environments.
  • You optimize runtime with Redis caching and Nginx reverse proxy to improve throughput, latency, and security.
  • You collaborate with product and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.

Must have Criteria

  • 6–10 years of software development experience with deep expertise in Python and Django for production web backends and RESTful APIs.
  • Proven leadership guiding engineers, setting technical standards, and conducting design and code reviews.
  • Strong PostgreSQL knowledge covering schema design, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic for model definitions, schema versioning, and safe migrations.
  • Demonstrated CI/CD expertise including pipeline design, gated testing, release automation, and effective Git workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of Redis caching strategies, eviction patterns, and secure high-throughput proxying with Nginx.
  • Working familiarity with NoSQL paradigms and appropriate use cases alongside relational stores.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to VOIP/SIP protocols and backend integrations.
  • Experience delivering cloud-native workloads with Docker or Kubernetes and infrastructure as code within CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of observability practices covering metrics, logs, and tracing for performance and reliability improvements.
