Position Overview
You'll build and ship production-ready React features that power tutoring platforms used by thousands of education businesses worldwide. Working in a fast-moving environment, you'll collaborate directly with product and backend teams to deliver features at speed. You'll take full ownership of UI components from development to release, adapting quickly to evolving product requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend features using React
- Translate product requirements into clean, functional UI
- Handle frequent product changes without regressions
- Improve performance, usability, and code quality over time
- Debug issues thoroughly and apply proper fixes
- Take ownership of features from development to release
- Write readable, maintainable code
- Work without step-by-step instructions
- Adapt to changing requirements
- Care about shipping and product outcomes, not just completing coding tasks
Must Have Criteria
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals
- Solid understanding of React hooks and component architecture
- Experience working with APIs and async data
- Good command over HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to work onsite, full-time
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS dashboards or admin panels
- Exposure to performance optimization
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling
